At Beach Blast, we rent modified UTVs for street use. A UTV is a utility task vehicle, which is basically an off-road vehicle that can carry two-six passengers. Beach Blast UTVs have been modified our UTVs and therefore are legally no longer UTVs. Our UTVs are now legally classified as modified utility vehicles according to the state of North Carolina.
