ITINERARY
This is a simple 3-hour session where you can explore the coast at your own pace —either cruising up and down the shoreline or heading to one of our recommended spots.
- 💧Ocean side views and historic teasers
- 🔎 Explore Emerald Isle, Pine Knoll Shores, and Atlantic Beach
- Recommended Vehicles: Roxor, Talon, Defender
Experiences:
- The Fort Macon Experience… Travel through Emerald Isle and Atlantic beach to find yourself at the most northern point of the island and swing by the aquarium on your way there
- The Point Experience… Travel to the most southern point of emerald isle where the waves are ready ride, the sand is waiting for a castle and a breath-taking sunset that will leave you speechless
- The Island Loop… Venture over the highway 58 bridge up through emerald isle and work your way through to Atlantic Beach to find yourself crossing the Atlantic Beach bridge and shooting out into gorgeous downtown Morehead City
- The Swansboro Experience… Explore the dense town of Swansboro that features local gem restaurants and hidden views of the sound and swing by hammocks beach state park
- Sunset Experience… Get a peak at the sunset from the ICW (intercoastal waterway) or from the sandy beaches of emerald isle
- The Beaufort Experience… Pass through downtown Morehead and traverse through the historic town of Beaufort to find gorgeous views of Taylor Creek or visit some of the many historical landmarks like The Hammock House (believed to be used as an inn by the infamous pirate black beard)
- The Morehead Experience… Known as the “Pirate Capitol of the World” take a trip to downtown Morehead to get amazing sound-side views and awesome history lessons on black beard and some of the most infamous pirates ever to roam the high seas
- The Beach Experience… Spend some time walking the beautiful beaches of emerald isle or Atlantic beach

- Route mostly on wide, well-maintained dirt roads.
- No strenuous activity beyond getting in and out of the vehicle.
- Suitable for families with children of all ages.
- Accessible for older adults with moderate mobility.
- Not recommended for individuals with severe back or neck injuries.

- All tours are self-guided (no physical guide).
- We recommend bringing water, snacks, swimwear, sunscreen, hats, and towels.
